REFUND POLICY
At Kenlah, we understand that sometimes a buyer may need to request a refund for their purchase. We strive to provide the best possible customer service, which includes our refund policy.
1.1. Kenlah.com, KenlahX and Kenlah App
This section here only concern for the website and/or web application, Kenlah.com and the mobile application, KenlahX and Kenlah App.
Valid Reasons for Refund: If you have a valid reason for requesting a refund, we are happy to process your request. Valid reasons for a refund include:
1. Defective product or product not as described.
2. Unsatisfactory services or agreed expectation are not met.
3. Non-delivery of the service.
4. Product not received within the promised delivery time frame.
5. Dissatisfaction with the service quality.
6. Accidental duplicate orders.
Please note that if the conditions set by you and the seller are met after service is done, we cannot accept a refund request. Investigation will be done when a refund is requested. If we found no cause for refund, your request will be denied.
Refund Processing Time: If you have a valid reason for requesting a refund, we will do our best to process your refund as quickly as possible. However, please allow up to 2 weeks to a month for the refund to be processed. This processing time may vary depending on the payment method used and the policies of the payment provider.
Refund Process: To request a refund, please contact our customer service team and provide the order number, service details, and the reason for your request. Once we receive your request, we will review it and contact you to confirm the refund. If your refund is approved, we will process it as soon as possible.
We reserve the right to reject a refund request if it does not meet the criteria outlined above or if we suspect fraud or abuse.
1.2 Kenlah Bazaar
This section here concerns with only Kenlah Bazaar and/or any application, process, system that related to it.
Kenlah is the sole provider of the Kenlah Bazaar platform. However, the merchant, sellers, service providers and/or product providers are third parties (from hereon will be called as merchants) who use and or used Kenlah Bazaar as a platform to run their businesses. Thus, all refund policies and/or system are decided by the merchants individually, and/or by their group(s) and/or their organisation(s)/corporation(s).
